So what advice have you gotten about “Importing Excel Into Access”?

Usually it goes something like this…

“On the File Menu, click Get External Data and then click Import”

But is importing Excel data into Access really that simple?

What about the errors that you will run into? (and you WILL)
What about prepping your data in Excel before you import it to Access?
AND…once the data is in Access, what do you do then?
How should you structure your tables to best take advantage of Access?
